About this item

  • 【Multi Band HF Antenna】 Experience optimal performance with this hf multiband antenna, capable of working in 40.30.20.17.15.12.10.6 meter 8 bands. Its frequency range spans from 7-50MHz, with an impedance of 50Ω and a maximum power of SSB-100W. With SWR<1.3 on the 40m band and adjustable to 1.1 on other bands, enjoy a stable low standing wave ratio (SWR). Great for POTA/SOTA.
  • 【Avoid Noise】 The sensing coil has been optimized, and an additional spring has been added to the original design, increasing the force of the spring to ensure more reliable contact with the coil. The new version of the jpc-12 hf radio antenna features a sliding regulator that replaces the adjusting screws and plugs found on the old model. By simply sliding the adjustment block, adjusting the standing wave becomes straightforward and effortless
  • 【Enhanced Performance & Excellent Reception】 The JPC-12 ham radio hf antenna offers optimal signal reception and transmission with its low standing wave ratio (SWR) and efficient design, providing reliable performance and improved efficiency for both seasoned enthusiasts and beginners. Designed for transmitting and receiving HF and VHF radio signals, it is fully compatible with all Amateur Radio transceivers, enhancing your signal without needing an analyzer or tuner, though these can be beneficial
  • 【Easy to Deploy】This lightweight (1.35kg) portable hf antenna is easy to set up by one person in 5 minutes. Its user-friendly, split design allows for convenient portability and compact storage. Perfect for outdoor platforms, business trips, or balcony installations. Great for travel with its backpack-friendly size
  • 【Reference Data】 Gain reference data for specific frequencies: 7Mhz with 4 circles near the aluminum tube side, retracting the pull rod approximately 10cm, SWR: 1.1-1.3 (on the marked red line with silver). 14Mhz with 6 circles near the rod antenna, retracting the pull rod about 20cm, SWR: 1.1-1.3 (on the marked red line with gold). 21.4Mhz with 4 sections of aluminum tube plus 7 sections of rod antenna + 10cm, SWR:1.1-1.3. 29.6Mb with rod antenna only, fully extended and retracted about half section, SWR: 1.2. Note: Ensure shrapnel contacts marked coils only, avoiding adjacent coils
  • 【Package Contents】 The package contains Aluminum Tubes *4, Stainless Steel Rod Antenna (Top 2.5m) *1, Ground Anchor *1, Ground Mesh 10 Strands *1, Aluminum Alloy Base *1, and Multi-band Inductive Coil *1. The antenna is stable, durable, and corrosion-resistant, designed for easy installation in grass or sand. All components pack into a compact black carry bag
  • 【NOTE】The theards on the aluminum rods is M10 size

Good Build Quality

It is compact and lightweight, making it ideal for hiking, camping, or other outdoor activities. With the ability to tune to a wide range of frequencies, this antenna is perfect for the ham radio operator on-the-go. The JPC-12 is a durable and reliable antenna that is designed to last for many years of use.

Easy to Assemble

1. Put the connecting ring of the ground mesh directly on the screw of the ground anchor and screw it to the base, and then comes the connecting seat-four-aluminum tube -the induction coil- the rod antenna

2. Adjusting the SWR, when there is an antenna analyzer, first to find the lowest point of the standing wave to see the resonant frequency is high or low. If the resonant frequency is high, it means the antenna is too short, then to lengthen the rod antenna or increase the number of induction coin loops. If the resonant frequency is low, then to shorten the rod antenna or reduce the number of induction coin loops

If there is no antenna analyzer, use the standing wave meter of the radio station, set it in FM, AM or RTTY mode, reduce the transmit power to about 10 watts, press the transmit button, adjust the radio frequency knob, and search for each frequency band

the minimum point of standing wave, look at the level of resonance frequency, and then use the above method to adjust.

3. Tearing off 3-4 roots of ground mesh to be used. Adjusting the angle mesh can change the impedance of the antenna.

  • It is made with lightweight, high-quality materials, and can be set up easily for use in any location. Whether you’re out hiking, camping, or traveling, balcony, the JPC-12 Antenna is the perfect antenna to take with you. (be sure to pay attention Safety, take protective measures, the user shall be responsible for the personal injury or financial loss caused by the fall, and the seller shall not bear any responsibility)
  • With the ability to tune between 7 and 50 MHz, this antenna can handle a variety of frequencies.
  • The reference data of sliding regulator:
  1. 7MHz in 4 circles near the side of the aluminum tube, the pull rod retracts about 10cm, SWR 1.1-1.3 (on the red line marked with silver)
  2. 14MHz in 6 circles on the side close to the rob antenna, the pull rod retracts about 20cm, (on the red line marked with gold) SWR 1.1-1.3
  3. 21.4MHz with 4 sections of aluminum tube plus rod antenna 7 sections +10cm, SWR1.1-1.3
  4. 29.6Mb with rod antenna only, pull out all and retract about half section, SWR 1.2
  • NOTE: Shrapnel contacts only contact the marked coil, do not contact the adjacent coil
  • The above parameters may vary slightly depending on the environment, and can be fine-tuned according to your actual situation.

Antenna Installation

  • The antenna can be installed both horizontally and vertically
  • For horizontal installation, it can be mounted on a balcony with the ground mesh laid out or hanging down
  • For vertical installation, it can be stuck into grass or sand
